Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers purchased through our website can be delivered either as an electronic voucher sent by email or as a physical gift voucher, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
All gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Grab-A-Treat Vouchers and Seasonal Special Vouchers are special promotional offers that must be redeemed within three months to receive the promotional offer. After the initial three-month promotional period, the value paid for the voucher remains valid for the balance of the standard three-year period from the original purchase date. The promotional offer cannot be extended, altered or reinstated after it has expired.
NOTE: Gift vouchers purchased before 16 March 2026 remain subject to the terms and expiry dates that applied at the time of purchase.
These terms comply with the requirements of the Commerce Commission under the Fair Trading Act.

Additional Terms and Conditions for use of Gift Vouchers
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Prices for treatments are subject to change.
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise or services at Woman Beauty & Day Spa only.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals or accounts.
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
- Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.
- Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.
Privacy Policy
Any information you supply during the check out process for the purchase of gift vouchers. Will not be used for our database or passed on to any third party for any other reason. We retain the name of the recipient and the voucher number for our records only.
Our website utilises an SSL certificate so any information you enter during the checkout process will be encrypted during transmission.
If you sign up for our newsletter, whilst visiting our website you will automatically be added to our database, you may unsubscribe from this list at any time using the link in our newsletters.
Woman Beauty Day Spa Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to request full payment when you book your treatment. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance and we will refund any prepaid charges.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show) and in these circumstances, any gift vouchers will be deemed void; furthermore, we will require full payment for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made.
Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.
Please be aware that arriving late will result in your treatment time being affected as we run on a strict schedule
