Woman Beauty Nelson Day Spa Guide…
Arrival: Clients for the day spa should arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, to complete a consultation form and allow you to change. Please note we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule. This means if you arrive late, unfortunately we can offer only the time remaining of your treatment.
What to wear: We provide a robe and a locker for your personal items. During treatments you may wear your own underwear if you prefer but disposable underwear is available. Our professional therapists are trained to drape you appropriately to maintain your privacy at all times.
In the Spa: The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask you to respect other clients’ right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile phone off.
Cancellation/Postponement: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that failure to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show) will deem gift vouchers void. All cancellations on day of treatment may incur a 50% fee.
