It’s that time of year again! Sunday 12th May, Mother’s Day, is just around the corner. Which means it’s time to think about gifts for Mum. Thankfully Woman Beauty Nelson has some ‘inspo’ for you!

We thought we’d share five ways to spoil the person you think is the best Mum in the world on Mother’s Day!

Breakfast in Bed

Start the day off right with a morning treat. But why not make it a breakfast to get Mum ‘glowing’? Check out this article from the archives on foods that nourish your skin. Avocado, blueberries and nuts are all good foods for fabulous skin. So mix up this breakfast bowl for Mum.

  • 1/2 avocado
  • One banana
  • Two good dollops of natural yoghurt
  • A handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)

Whizz these ingredients together with a dash of water in your Nutri bullet or blender. Meanwhile, toast a handful of mixed nuts and seeds in a dry non-stick pan. Pour and scoop the blended mixture into a bowl, top with the toasted nuts and seeds, add extra chopped fruit or coconut flakes, then drizzle with a little honey!

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to request full payment when you book your treatment. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance and we will refund any prepaid charges. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show) and in these circumstances, any gift vouchers will be deemed void; furthermore we will require full payment for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Please be aware that arriving late will result in your treatment time being affected as we run on a strict schedule
