NOTE: Any bookings you make through this service are ‘Booking Requests’. Your actual appointment time will be confirmed by one of our team, as bookings may need to be adjusted.
Please note that your treatment time will be ten minutes less than the time displayed on the booking page (at the next step). This is because our booking system adds an extra ten minutes for our therapists to prepare the perfect relaxing environment for your time with us.
IMPORTANT… FIRST TIME AT THE SPA?
New Customer Bookings: A 20% deposit is required for your first appointment booked online*. If you’ve received a Gift Voucher, and this is your first booking, please phone 03 548 0030 to make your booking.
* If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance, and we will refund any prepaid charges. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show).
