Bestow Chicken & Mushroom Patties

INGREDIENTS

– 1 chicken breast, roughly chopped
– Half onion, roughly chopped
– Tbsp mixed herbs
– 1/2 cup lightly fried mushrooms
– Crushed cornflakes to coat

Sweet Chilli Dressing
– 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tsp Bestow Beauty Oil

METHOD

Crush cornflakes in food processor to a fine consistency, remove to separate bowl.
Place onion in processor and blend until mashed.
Add chicken, herbs and mushrooms, blend until mixed. Add salt & pepper.
Make medium sized patties about 1.5 cm thick, coat with crushed cornflakes.
Place patties on a lightly oiled non-stick fry-pan and cook until golden, or bake in a preheated oven (200°c for 30 minutes).
Serve with sweet chill dressing and green salad.
